Welcome to RevoPilot ("we," "our," or "us"). RevoPilot is an AI-powered voice assistant for Logic Pro that helps music producers automate workflows, generate AI music, and control their Digital Audio Workstation through natural language commands.

2.2 Voice Data

When you use voice commands:

Voice audio is transcribed using Apple Speech (sent to Apple) or OpenAI Whisper API
Transcribed text is sent to GPT-4o for command parsing and intent understanding
Voice recordings are NOT stored permanently unless you explicitly enable conversation history backup
Conversation history is stored LOCALLY on your Mac by default

2.3 Logic Pro Project Data

To provide intelligent assistance:

We access Logic Pro project metadata (track names, plugin settings, tempo, key signature)
Project structure and routing information (to execute commands accurately)
Audio waveform analysis (processed locally, not uploaded)
Your actual audio files are NEVER uploaded to our servers

2.4 Usage and Analytics Data

Command frequency and types (to improve AI accuracy)
Feature usage statistics (anonymized)
Error logs and crash reports (to improve stability)
Session duration and workflow patterns
Device information (macOS version, Logic Pro version, hardware specs)

2.5 AI Music Generation Data

Music generation prompts you provide to Suno AI
Generated music tracks (stored in your library)
Generation preferences and history
Credit usage and subscription information

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information for:

Providing and maintaining the RevoPilot service
Processing voice commands and executing Logic Pro operations
Generating AI music through Suno AI integration
Improving AI accuracy and command understanding

4. Third-Party Services

RevoPilot integrates with the following third-party services:

4.1 OpenAI (GPT-4o)

Transcribed voice commands are sent to OpenAI for natural language processing
Subject to OpenAI's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service
Data is not used to train OpenAI models (we use API access)

4.2 Suno AI

Music generation prompts and requests are processed by Suno AI
Generated tracks are stored in Suno's cloud (per their terms)
You retain rights to your generated music per Suno's license terms

4.3 Apple Speech Recognition (Optional)

If you enable Apple Speech, voice data is sent to Apple servers
Subject to Apple's Privacy Policy
Alternative: Use offline Whisper Local mode (coming soon)

4.4 Payment Processors

Stripe for payment processing
We do not store your credit card information

4.5 Analytics

PostHog for product analytics (anonymized usage data)
Can be disabled in settings

Voice transcripts: Not retained (processed in real-time)

Generated music: Retained per Suno AI's retention policy
Support tickets: Retained for 3 years for legal compliance

8. Children's Privacy

RevoPilot is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us immediately.

9. International Users

RevoPilot is operated from the United States. If you are accessing our service from outside the U.S., please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the U.S. where our servers are located and our central database is operated.
